Mission Explained

With the increased dependency of enterprises on information technology, a need arises for a result oriented information technology governance framework to be in place. IT governance focuses on well alignment of IT operations with business operations, IT benefit realization, cost optimization, management of information, applications, infrastructure and people, compliance and risk management, short term and long performance indicators and benchmarking against industry norms.

Our mission is to facilitate effective IT governance at your organization thereby optimizing your business performance. We render our services at the highest levels of governance as required for the directors to steer your organization well. Not limited, we also serve the needs at other levels of governance that even come down to operational activities.

The principal consultant, Kamal Wickramanayake is the Sri Lanka's first to receive TOGAF certification from The Open Group on enterprise architecture in 2007. He is both an Enterprise Architect and a Software Architect.

Kamal is a member of ISACA, a worldwide association of IT governance professionals with its headquarters in the USA. He was the marketing director of the Sri Lankan chapter of ISACA during the 2008 - 2009 period for which the chapter received the K Wayne Snipes Award for the Best Medium Sized Chapter in Asia. Kamal was a significant contributor for many of the chapter activites happened during the period.

Kamal holds a B.Sc. Eng. (First Class Honours) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with strong academic excellence from the University of Peradeniya.
